Yes, brisk walking is the easiest, most inexpensive and safest form of exercise. All you need is a comfortable pair of walking shoes or sneakers and you can walk to your heart's content. Brisk walking is good for the heart and the circulatory system as it enhances the regular circulation of blood to the heart and to the whole physical body.
